Power and risk-taking behaviour

Power and risk-taking behavior is a research paper based on the following hypothesis: "Increased power is positively related to the level of risk-taking". Separated in two parts (the analysis of previous literature and the research per se) the paper intends to answer wether higher level of power leads to riskier actions. This article gives advices to CEOs when it comes to give more power to their employees, but also illustrates daily situation such as parents and children. Written in a simple english where all the scientific terms are well defined and illustrated, this article can be read by anyone interested about power and its consequences.
