Time to consider

Ivor Osgerby Bishop was born in London during the 1930’s. His father worked for the Scientific Civil Service and during the second World War was moved around England from one secure location to another. As a result, Ivor attended a number of different schools and ended up living in the south of England. He has had a very active and hectic life working in seven different countries, mainly concerned with aviation. He retired in 1993 and kept himself busy with restoring classic cars, extending his house and recently writing. As a result of all his travels and experiences he now has very strong views about how countries are governed and how social life is developing.
