A lifelong admirer of the natural world, he grew up among orchard blossoms, leaf games, and quiet meadows — where seasons taught more than words ever could. This book grew slowly, companioned by his loyal dog Alma, and a wish to honour what still grows wild. He is also the book’s illustrator and designer.
