The book about different feelings and different places how I really feel how I feel about life and things I set back on doing this book so people really understand that when you've got pain and you're feeling and depressed and things like that it's good to show the wealth that you can write about it not keep it bottled up or stressing about him you also share your emotions as well as I share mine in this book every single book I write is my emotions I'm going to be publishing quite a lot more books about their emotions and things how I feel yes some children and adults and teenagers don't really understand emotions how you meant to feel with my book and my experience people reading them to show them how emotions could end up if they don't speak or anything speaking up and telling people how you really feel is the best way to express in my case I pick up a pen and paper or hit the laptop or the touchpad and type away how I really feel this book took me a couple of weeks three months just to get it the right way I wanted to get the book constantly it's really hard when you got so much emotion swinging round in your mind and in your body
