Medical interview items include: • Chief Complaint (CC): the reason for the current medical visit are the symptoms recorded along with the duration of each. It is also called the main concern or filing a complaint. • Current activity: job, hobbies, what the patient actually does. • Family history (FH): list of family diseases that may affect the patient.
