The formula

The saying goes: When life deals you lemons, make lemonade. In other words, no matter what you have gone through or in whatever situation you find yourself in, there is always a way to become happy and live a full and abundant life. As we live our lives it could happen that we face different negative or difficult situations such as debt, stress, worries, fear, failure, humiliation and betrayal. On our own it is sometimes difficult to get out of these situations but there is a way in which we can do this with or without the help of others. By following the formula we can train ourselves how to not only handle these situations but also turn it around for our own good. The formula works in two ways – negative or positive. If we are honest with ourselves we would all like to have a positive and happy life. For this reason we should depart on the path that will cause us to become mature, get to know who we are and what we want, understand that we cannot live without others and finally, find the happiness that we are all searching for. In order to reach this, you might have to make difficult decisions by being brutally honest with yourself.
