For the occasion, Max, who will be 40 this year, and Joe, who turned 40 a few years ago, took part in the game. No matter your age, it is always possible to maintain good health and well-being through sport. The rules are simple and valid for everyone: you must adopt a long-term routine. As we age, the ability to gain muscle mass decreases, which means recovery is also slower. After each bodybuilding or sports session, it is sometimes preferable to take a day of rest to allow the muscle fibers to regenerate. A healthy diet is also essential, with a balanced plate containing proteins, carbohydrates and fats. Sleep plays a crucial role in energy and results, so it’s important to get a good night’s sleep.
