Escaping from Insanity

I have suffered the most horrific ordeals, some of which are contained in this book. Yet, through it all, my friends and family have sustained and guided me. My psychiatrist and mental health team have been an inspiration. And my dear little girl, Martha, to whom I dedicate this book, is beloved by all.
