Synopsis

Through the highs and lows of grief, there is hope. Have you lost a loved one recently or perhaps a while back? You are not alone. Death is a part of life but it is not the end. Dive into this real life inspired story and open yourself up to a different perspective. So welcome to my story. It is a season that started a few years ago, and yes I am still in the midst of. I have learnt a few things along the way and these I share with you. I don't know when or if the streak will break but I know that He who holds the future is with me. Though I may fall, yet I will stand for He is with me.

About Hélène K-O

Dear Reader, thank you so much for reading my first short story. I really am glad that you did and I hope you liked it enough to want to read anything else I'll write! This story was born from a period of intense grieving. I have been journaling as a way of processing my grief and on this particular occasion, it was the strongest pain and emotions I had felt since the initial loss that triggered this; and found myself typing rather than writing in my notepad. I am new to short stories and publishing (poetry has been my main outlet) and I have stayed true to my experiences and beliefs. I hope you find something within these few words that resonates, encourages, comforts or opens up new avenues for you.
