Synopsis
Strategic Analysis and Foresight for businesses is the process of examining current and potential future environments, trends, and opportunities in order to develop strategies that will help the business to succeed and remain competitive. It involves looking at both internal and external factors that may affect the business, such as changes in customer needs, market dynamics, technological advances, and economic conditions. By analysing these factors, businesses can better understand how to strategically position themselves and how to develop strategies that will help them to achieve their goals in the long term. Foresight is also important as it allows businesses to anticipate and prepare for potential future challenges. This can help them to be proactive in their decision-making and to stay ahead of the competition.
This book serves as a valuable resource for both university students and practitioners, guiding them in the application of analytical frameworks in real-world environments. This book seamlessly blends theoretical foundations with practical applications, drawing on real-world experiences within corporations and presents the new holistic 360 Management Framework.
