About Maria Muna
Maria Muna, pseudónimo literário de Brígida Cação da Silva, nasceu em Lisboa (1947), licenciou-se em Filologia Germânica na UCL( 1970), foi professora do ensino secundário durante 36 anos. É casada, tem um filho e três netos. Foi ainda Membro do Conselho Científico e Pedagógico do ICALP, formadora de professores de Língua e Cultura Portuguesa na Alemanha ( Instituto de Soest) e na França, co-autora de material didáctico para o ensino da LCP na Alemanha. Tomou parte em vários Congressos sobre Ensino a Filhos de Trabalhadores Emigrantes em Inglaterra e Holanda. Formadora de Técnicas de Comunicação em Inglês, Argumentista, escreveu o livro de poesia autobiográfica “Eus no Meu Eu” (2004), o romance autobiográfico “O Último Voo” ( 2021) e o romance de ficção “Catarina…A Filha do Vento” (2022).
