About Julia Tester
Julia is married and lives with Peter and their cat Aries in Somerset. Both Julia and Peter enjoy travel and have visited nearly a hundred countries and all the continents of the world. Julia worked for most of her career in education and support, with people of all ages with additional needs. She has taught cookery in a school, college and day centre as well as encouraging residents in a nursing home to enjoy preparation and baking.
Both Julia and Peter enjoy experimenting with different recipes garnered from around the world and have fun sharing these culinary experiences with friends and family. Julia and Peter grow their own vegetables and both are great believers that you do not have to be a professional cook to experience the joy of cooking and healthy eating.
