Worship is the Pathway of God's Son

Worship is an active response to the revelation that comes from the word God. In the scriptures, in the beginning, creation responded to the word of God by becoming. God saw everything he had made, and behold it was pleasant. So, let us make every effort… for the word of God is living and active… (Hebrews 4:11-12). This active Word is the person of Christ, towards whom we respond and become, (John 1:1) and every effort towards Christlikeness is worship defined. Worship is an expression of the substance which is drawn from one’s intimate knowledge of another. This knowledge is not instantaneous, but progress. Obligatorily, worship is a persistent pursuit of the knowledge of God.
