Synopsis
This book explores international festival foods for the vegetarian. It gives a short description of the festival prior to setting out the recipe. You can follow it month by month or dip in to enjoy different culturally influenced dishes whenever you wish. Julia and her husband have travelled extensively and developed a keen interest in food growing and preparation around the world as well as at home. Julia has taught cookery in a day service, college and school and both Julia and her husband have experienced a fun cookery course in Morocco.
The dishes are not difficult to create but some take time whilst others can be put together swiftly. The intention is to share and encourage the delight in using fresh produce, herbs and spices.
