My Covid-19 Journey from Leicester to Wembley 2020/21

The glamour, drama and history of the FA Cup has played a massive part in my life. This year, I decided to go to a match from every round in the competition, following the winners all the way to Wembley. It's been done before of course, but this was my journey, interlacing matches with memories of my childhood and later life. Dedicated to my dad, I wanted to unleash my inner journalist. What I didn't expect was Covid-19. The pandemic halted my plan and diverted me away from match experience to journey by TV. Somehow I should have predicted how it all might end. Happily.
