Synopsis
In 1969, a tragically accident occurs to Steve's father back at the Cambodia Temple. 7 years after that accident, 16-year-old Steve decides to go and finish what his father never finished... Look for the golden crystal. During his journey, he finds out many things about his father's friends, and adventure. He even finds a friend monkey, that he carries with him. He carries his father's journal, which is one of the most important things to Steve that his father left him. He runs away from his home, leaving his poor mother, Ruby, worried, and stressed that she might lose her son too. All Steve really wants to do is keep his father's memory alive, but for that he is going to need to do what his father did. He has to go inside the jungle, inside a temple, and through a journey of up's and down's. He leaves NEW YORK, and travels to Cambodia, Asia, with no ticket to return. He fears he won't make it, he fears he might know more than needed. He fears forgetting his father. Steve has to memorize signs to get to the crystal, he has to face his fears, he has to hold back tears. Most important he has to do did for his dad, Julian Anderson.
