British Army Of The Rhyme
A Sapper`s Memoirs
Language: English - 121 pages
£8.82
Synopsis
A collection of many real life stories from my time as a Royal Engineer from 1983-1995, put down in rhyme.
Mentioning many Sapper related places, equipment and also fellow Sappers I`ve had the pleasure of working hard with and playing harder. Written under pressure after sharing a few poems that friends enjoyed and insisted that I produce a book. Those that have enjoyed them say they`re pretty good, if I was a salesman I would say they were, but that opinion remains in the readers hands. Hope you enjoy them and they bring back memories for my "Brothers" or a small insight for non Army people. Thank you to all I`ve mentioned as you have helped with the content. Special thanks to Caroline Flynn who was the first to say write this followed by my parents and Marcus Hackney. Also Wendy Crowell proof reader and critic
