Synopsis
What if a better-organized life did not mean filling every minute with more tasks?
Modern life can become a never-ending list of things to remember, answer, organize, finish, and fix. Work, family responsibilities, messages, appointments, money, household tasks, digital clutter, personal goals, and unfinished decisions can quietly consume attention long before the day is over.
The Life Behind the List takes a different approach. Instead of asking you to become more productive at everything, this book helps you build a life that is easier to manage, easier to understand, and more sustainable in the long run.
You will learn how to examine where your time and attention actually go, identify hidden sources of friction, choose priorities before choosing productivity tools, and create one trusted planning system for everyday responsibilities. You will also explore practical ways to protect your attention, organize work and home administration, handle digital clutter, set healthier boundaries, manage projects, and recover when plans inevitably fall apart.
About Alaa Alnajjar
Alaa Al-Najjar is a Palestinian author and resident of Gaza City. He devoted his pen to expressing the Palestinian person and documenting his feelings and experience under the current circumstances. He lived through the harshness of reality and the pain, loss, and psychological and living pressures that accompanied it. However, this suffering did not extinguish his passion for writing, but rather gave him additional motivation to continue creating.
Despite the difficulty of life and the lack of capabilities, Alaa Al-Najjar insisted on writing a variety of e-books that address various humanitarian, intellectual, and literary topics. His works represent an attempt to preserve hope, convey the voice of Gaza, and express the aspirations of the Palestinian person for freedom, dignity and peace.
Al-Najjar believes that writing is not just a means of expression, but rather a human message that preserves memory, resists oblivion, and opens a window of hope in the most difficult times. Throug
