Synopsis
About Frank Rothaus Jensen
Frank Rothaus Jensen has spent thirty years watching people have their “Ahh ha” moment, and has made it his life’s work to cause more of them.
An economist by education and a diplomat by profession, he was born in Denmark and now lives in Brussels with his wife and son. His career has taken him across Asia, Africa and Europe, always with the same focus: helping development happen. That means supporting individuals, teams and organisations, and the wider systems in which people live, work and grow, so they can perform at ever higher levels.
The “Ahh ha” moment is what he finds most rewarding: a toddler realising she can walk and beaming up at you, a boy cycling unaided for the first time, a child coming home with a diploma. Seeing people grow and teams improve brings him deep satisfaction, even when his own contribution was small.
That is what his books are about. They help readers build deeper understanding, sharpen their skills and ask the questions that move them forward, so they can find the answers they are looking for.
He is the author of Enough, Investing as a Steward and The Second Half. In Danish, he has also written Styr Pengene and Lad Pengene Arbejde, books on money skills for teenagers and young adults who are ready to move away from home.
