After a turbulent past, former megachurch pastor Brother Greg—now simply the humble groundskeeper of St. Rita’s—has finally found peace. His new wife, Grace, a half-demon, is seeking a quiet life on the grounds of St. Rita’s. With the ancient threats contained, they promised each other an ordinary married life, away from the spotlight. Soon after, the couple is expecting twins into their new family that brings joy but stirs the forces of darkness and light alike. Grace’s aunt, the demon Lilith, suddenly takes an interest in the unborn children, sensing something more than mere bloodline at play. Far across the sea, an ancient power takes notice of her condition, its emissaries drawn to the prophetic weight carried by Grace’s womb. Allies opposed to Lilith also take note.
