A Quiet Light

Ruth is a spiritual poet, healer, and devoted member of her local Spiritualist church. For more than twenty-four years, she has worked as a teaching assistant, supporting and encouraging young people with the same compassion and kindness that inspire her writing. Married for over twenty-five years and the proud mother of one daughter, Ruth has always believed in the importance of caring for others and finding light even in life’s most challenging moments. Her poetry reflects her deep spiritual faith, her experiences of healing, and her belief that love, kindness, and hope have the power to transform lives. Ruth feels guided by spirit in the creation of her poems. Through quiet reflection, prayer, and inspiration received from the spiritual world, she writes words intended to comfort, uplift, and encourage readers on their own journeys of healing and self-discovery. The loss of her beloved mum in 2023 has had a profound impact on Ruth and has deepened her desire to write.
