Synopsis
Looking back on 55 years of consultancy work, I have compiled a series of articles that I have published over the years on the management website. In these articles, I explore themes that have preoccupied me and continue to do so. They are a mix of perspectives and examples and are intended to inspire readers who are engaged with development and change issues.
In my approach, personal and organizational development are inextricably linked. This perspective is connected to what I have termed ‘horizontal leadership’; after all, leadership is about guiding people and oneself within an organized context. We do this within the framework of work and change processes; we do so through dialogue with one another and link this to the purpose of our efforts and the personal steps we take.
