IT'S BEAUTIFUL TO BE ALIVE

It all began when I was 15 years old and a psychologist recommended that I write down what I felt as a way to release my emotions. Over the years, I kept writing about my thoughts and the situations I experienced, organizing them into a story to tell. Especially when I was diagnosed with severe anxiety and depression, a time when I was searching for the meaning of my life, I grew fond of the idea of publishing it and often fantasized about doing so. Today, after a session with my psychologist, I asked myself what kind of mark I want to leave on this life. And as a wise person once said, the legacy we leave behind is our wisdom. So here I am, trembling as I try to be brave and share my humble words.
