Hit Cat is a clever and charismatic cat, known for his witty speeches and sex appeal, that rises to power in a future Vienna: green, democratic, and technologically neutered. Hit Cat uses charm to get ahead and secure the votes of humans, dogs and other cats. He maintains a respectful but unsteady relationship with the city's rats. Dirty tricks, back-stabbery and seduction are staples of Hit Cat's repertoire. "Hit Cat" is an unfinished cautionary satire exploring timeless trends and karmic repititions.
