The Robot Who Ran on Rhymes

Synopsis
In the meticulously organized, metallic world of Cogsworth, everything ran on rhythm and reason. Cogsworth wasn't powered by coal or electricity; it was powered by poetry. Specifically, the Great Rhyme Generator, a magnificent, spinning brass machine at the city's center, needed a constant stream of perfect, rhyming couplets to keep the gears turning. Every citizen—from the tallest Clockwork Mayor to the smallest Washer-Worm—had a job ensuring the verses were flawless. Bot-7, a small delivery robot with oversized wheels and a perpetually helpful antenna, felt the rhythm of the city deep in its core. But lately, Cogsworth was troubled. The Generator had stalled, missing one critical component: the final, perfect Syllable needed to complete the inaugural Poem of the Year. Without it, the metallic music of the city slowed to a grind. The Senior Engineers worried. They had checked every circuit, polished every gear, and even consulted the ancient Mechanical Muse, but the Syllable was nowhere to be found. The city's power was rapidly dimming.
About Rowan Dreamweaver
My name is Rowan Dreamweaver, and I write stories woven from imagination, wonder, and gentle magic. I believe stories have the power to carry children to new worlds, teach kindness without lectures, and turn quiet moments into something extraordinary. When I’m not writing, I enjoy dreaming up magical places, listening to the whispers of nature, and collecting ideas that feel like they belong in a fairy tale. Through my books, I hope to inspire young readers to dream bravely, explore freely, and believe in the magic they carry inside.
