Medical Laboratory Techniques

Prof. Abbas Ali Mahdi joined as Vice-Chancellor of Era University, Lucknow on 16th September 2017. Before joining as Vice Chancellor he was working as Professor & Head, Department of Biochemistry, King George's Medical University, Lucknow. Prof. Mahdi has more than three decades of research and teaching experience with 320 research publications (having over 5000 citations), including 25 book chapters. He has written four books and has been Editor/Member Editorial Board of International and National Journals and reviewer of many national and international journals of high repute. He has guided twenty-two Ph.D., four M.Phil. and over two hundred MD/MS/DM/MCh/MDS/MSc students and has supervised over fifty research projects from DST, DBT, CSIR, UGC, ICMR, UPCST, including the prestigious DST – FIST (Government of India) and The World Academy of Science project (Trieste, Italy).
