Synopsis

About Cynthia Fridsma
Sinds ze zich kan herinneren luisterde Cynthia naar haar moeder die spannende verhalen vertelde. Ze groeide op met het lezen van boeken van onder andere Edgar Allan Poe, H. P. Lovecraft en Philip K. Dick.
Het was Cynthia's moeder die haar inspireerde om haar eigen verhalen te gaan vertellen en schrijven.
Mevrouw Fridsma's schrijfcarrière begon in 2014, na een handicap - ze heeft een tremor in haar rechterhand, gevoelloosheid in haar vingers en pijn in haar pols. Ze moest haar andere creatieve bezigheden opgeven, zoals fotografie en programmeren, dus concentreerde ze zich op wat ze wel kon doen in plaats van wat ze niet kon.
Naast schrijven speelt ze soms gitaar - Jimi Hendrix stijl.
Cynthia woont in Amsterdam met haar man en hun konijn, Max.
